Transfer ceremony of ARRN secretariat

On April 15 (Wed.), 2015, the “Tenth Governing Council Meeting” of the Asian River Restoration Network (ARRN) was held in Kyungju, Rep. of Korea as the side event of the 7th World Water Forum.
In the discussion and decision, ARRN’s 2015 - 2016 action plan including ARRN’s special session in the 18th International Riversymposium 2015 and membership for further expansion were discussed.
In this meeting, new ARRN chairperson and new ARRN secretary general was elected and appointed respectively. The transfer ceremony of the ARRN secretariat from CRRN(China) to KRRN(Korea) was also performed successively.
